Rebecca is a highly skilled project manager and team trainer, with a background in International Business and Global Supply Chain Management. After spending several years in manufacturing, where she championed process change as an operations leader, Rebecca has successfully transferred her skills to the healthcare industry with Opus Solutions. She leads and trains client teams, working at the bench level to reduce bottlenecks, increase efficiency, and improve outcomes.
Shannon Ward
Shannon has over 15 years of experience in the medical device and healthcare industry, driving transformational improvement across a broad range of environments from small outpatient practices to hospitals and high volume manufacturing. Shannon was a pioneer in bringing process excellence to optometric practices, having worked with over 200 practices to improve efficiencies via Lean techniques. Shannon came to healthcare from medical device manufacturing, where she began as a product development engineer and found a passion for process improvement. She lead teams to dramatic results in sales, marketing, distribution, and manufacturing before making the transition to ambulatory practices and then into the hospital environment. Shannon is also a proven trainer, designing and facilitating courses for hundreds of doctors, managers, supervisors, and engineers.
